I have installed the menu extension and see it on my list of extensions but it does not appear in the insert menu

this is the solution for access the extension from the command menu too.

"ListOrama extension (103) does not appear under the Command menu"

Thank you for the link to the other site, I can now see the list-o-rama button in the common tabs under insert.
open macromedia and press control+ F2 to see the Insert bar.
