Problem sending emails "550 - unknown receipient - code=6"

One of my customers has been sending emails using Smart Mailer for years.

Yesterday he got a problem sending mails. Unfortunately he don't remember the exact error message, but these words was in it.

"550" - "Unknown recipient" - "Code=6" and maybe the word "Sendmail".

Now he is not sure if anyone got the email at all. It do not like, and he is afraid to send it once more...

They are using ASPEmail.
"Ignore error" is checked on, so the system should not stop sending emails on errors?

Hello,

can you please ask your user to contact the server administrators and check the error logs for the exact error message?

My God, now we can see that "Ignore error" was NOT checked on after all. - Now it is, and sending emails is fine!
