I'm trying to use Pure PHP Upload add-on pack, Delete Before Update. I get the following error: "File copy failed". How do I resolve this? I'm using Dreamweaver CC and last updated version of the Add-on.

1 - php page with a photo update.
2 - update the database with the new name.
3 - I do the upload with Pure PHP Upload 3.
4 - Process your size using Smart Image Processor PHP 2
5 - I try to delete the previous image using Pure PHP Upload Add-On Pack, Role Delete File (s) Before Update.

When I try to include the Pure PHP Upload Add-On Pack, he's the error "File copy failed", it does not include the addon on the page. Needed much work it. I'm tight with my dead line

I did all the procedure as a guide. And the problem persists. How can we solve. You can not recreate the problem. But your plugin is giving me a problem. And we need in our willingness to solve the problem. So when assigning an addon be prepared to give a decent pro support their client. I paid for a plugin and hope it works.
