I recently needed to de-activate my extensions and when I try to re-activate and enter my serial number I get a pop-up window that says 'Verified User' with an alert symbol (triangle with an ! in it). There are no options to continue and when I close the window the install cannot finish. It is happening with both Smartmailer PHP & PHP pure upload.

All my other extensions are loading fine.

I am using Dreamweaver 8.0.2, Extension Manager 1.7, Windows Vista Business

Hello Bruce Thompson would you send me screenshots with the error at my e-mail or post them here in the topic. Are you sure you are typing your credentials in username and password fields right ?
