As we already discussed this - the map files are only loaded/used/looked for when you open the debug console of the browser - when we need to debug info the compressed and minified js files.. In no other situation these file are used.

Ok Teodor, it will not be a problem but if you put "dmxPreloader.js.map" in the "/dmxAppConnect/maps/" in the next update would not be a bad idea.
After "our discussion" about this, I noticed that you activated the "/maps/" folder so, perhaps, the map files are not so difficult to create and include in the package extensions.
Now I've a website with only the "preloader" and your extension create automatically a "maps" folder with over 20 .map files ("dmxMediumEditorImageUpload.js.map", "dmxBootstrap4.js.map", "dmxAnimateCSS.js.map", etc.) but the unique map file necessary ("dmxPreloader.js.map" ) is missing.
That's it.
