Refresh time is 30 seconds.

On a side note, it would be great if we could apply multiple On Success Events to the Actions in App Connect, as we could with HTML 5 Data Bindings.

Resolution - I selected 'No Animation' in the Chart Properties Panel and the flashing has ceased. Have left the page up so you can see the issue though.

Please could you share the fix? I would like animations enabled, but also get the flashing tool-tip when using action scheduler is used.
