With lighbox2 we could open a web page in lightbox. With the app connect version we can only work with images and videos. I would like to open a form page in lightbox and the form will include some information from a severconnect query so I need to pass the information (id) to the form page through a query. I can't work out how to make this work with lightbox2 which now throws many errors when trying to use it. Are you planning on including opening web documents with app connect lightbox?

Hello Steven,
App Connect Lightbox supports images and videos.
No other content can be loaded inside it and we are not currently planning to update it to support other content types.

That is a shame.
What do you recommend for my problem as described?
Customer wants a popup form that includes data populated based on a button link with a query string e.g. product_id

Site is a standard site with App Connect added (not bootstrap).

Old Lightbox2 is not compatible with App Connect. Would be happy to receive suggestions please.

You'd better use a form in a modal - that's easily achievable with app connect and bootstrap 4 modals. You don't need separate pages for this ... iframes are really outdated and including content on another pages like that is not something you should be using (the way the old lightbox used to work 10 years back).

Thanks Teodor, Site is a standard dreamweaver site that already exists. My job is to integrate custom functions so adding bootstrap is not an option. I have started developing a modal form and it is coming along ok. Cheers, Steve
