Just follow the tutorial: "Filtering a Database Query with a Form Input ". Everything is Ok when i only use a single form imput to search.
My question is how to do the same but with more than one form imput in order to filter database based on 2 or 3 conditions (form imputs) ?

Filtering by multiple inputs is the same, just add your inputs in the filters list and setup your conditions.
