Hello I've tried to import but I can't.
I followed the example in the video.

I got this error all the time, and I have verified the numbers of fields and the name of the headers and nothing:

What type of file are you importing and are you sure its fields are the same number as the ones in the Database?

It's a CSV and the fields are the same that the DB.

The error says they are not equal.
Can you please check of your csv contains header information?
