What is needed for Bootstrap 3 forms to connect to a database?

In order to connect to your database and insert, update and delete records you need the following extensions:
- DMXzone Database Connector
- DMXzone Database Updater
- HTML5 Data Bindings (free)
- DMXzone Server Connect (free)
- HTML5 File Upload (if you want to upload files)

Does this mean that with these items, you can connect html5 pages to both MySQL and MsSQL databases on both Apache and IIS servers? If not, what else is need?

There are two versions of the extensions: PHP and ASP.
Depending on the technology you are using, you should select which one do you need.
