Sir, I've upgraded to Dreamweaver 2020 and am trying to edit some server behaviors built in previous DMX versions, and when I open the Server Connect extension, it doesn't recognize previously entered actions. It shows "Unknown Action" where it should be showing the connections and queries.

This means the server side extensions which are used for these actions (for example - database connector, database updater, mailer etc) are not installed in DW.
Just install them and you will be able to edit your actions.

I opened DMX Zone Extension Manager, and I see the three Apps- App Connect, Server Connect and Charts, (all showing a installed).

I closed Dreamweaver.

In Extension Manager, the program selected is Dreamweaver 2020, and I select "Reinstall All." And I get the same error.

I made sure all the latest files have been uploaded from my site.

Is there something else I should be doing to install the server side extensions?

Well Server Connect itself does'n include the options for database connection/update etc These options become available when you install the extensions required for them - such as Database Connector, Database Updater etc.

Clicking Reinstall All will only install the extensions you already have installed in your DW.
Just open the Extension Manager, click Purchased and install the extensions you have already purchased ... when you don't have them installed Server Connect does't see them as they are missing and that's why you see "unknown action"

Ah, that was it. Database Connector wasn't installed. Fixed the issue.
