Reposting this as there's been no response for a couple of weeks and I'm not sure the previous post is still 'live'. Sorry if you're still working on it.

I have a Server Connect Action File that inserts a news item with a thumbnail image.

I've put in steps that use a condition to check if the width is greater that the height and if so it crops the width to match the height, and if not then it crops the height to match the width. This to make it square.

The problem is that it works if the image is landscape or square, but if it's portrait then the action appears to just stop altogether. I've double checked the steps and they appear to be all correct.

I can't see what's causing the problem. Putting on Debug and checking the console (F12) doesn't reveal anything, just a blank console window.

I am unable to reproduce this problem locally and i see no issues in your server action.

Please create a setvalue step with this condition as a value and output option enabled, then check what is the output of this step in the dev tools under Network > XHR?
