I cannot find the Stored Procedures in my MS SQL server, we rely very much on Stored Procedures how can I query them?

Unfortunately this is not possible. You should use the database connector and database updater, to build server actions.

This is a disappointment, for such an expensive extension (DMXzone Database Connector ASP) to not have the ability to use a such key feature as Stored Procedures, this should be mentioned in the extension page.
