This morning none of my database connections work, I get 503 Service Unavailable Error. There have been no changes to server and I can connect to SQL database and all functionality is fine. It was working last night and nothing has changed since then. Have two other sites on the same server with the same SQL server and they connect fine. Tried to create a new Database Connection and have same issue.Any ideas... Need some direction ASAP as I need to meet some deadlines. Thanks! Ken

Yup, I rebooted the server and it is fine.
I made the wrong assumption that it could not be the server because other sites on the same server and the same SQL database server were working fine.
