I have just installed Server Connect but do not see the Server Action Builder Panel.
All I get is a blank grey panel that does not have any Server Actions, Action Steps or Properties panels.
How do I get these to be on display?

I am using Dreamweaver CS5.5

DMXzone Server Connect does not run on such an old DW version. It requires at least CS6.

That will also explain why I could not get reCaptcha2 to work either.

Is a refund for reCaptcha2 possible as clearly I cannot use it?

You purchased reCaptcha2 8 months ago (in March 2016) and we do only issue refunds within 60days of purchase...
Even if it was within the 60 days period, your refund request does not meet our refund conditions, as on the product page, under requirements it says the extension requires at least CS6.

Please update your Dreamweaver, there have already been 5 releases after CS5.5.

I understand and it's okay as it wasn't a huge outlay.

I am now trying to find a second hand copy of CS6 but I will not be going down the Creative Cloud route due to the huge cost.
Prior to finding out about your products and wanting to learn about Bootstrap, I was more than happy with CS4 as that did everything I wanted.

CC versions are huge improvement over the CS versions, incl. CS6.

I'm running DW CS6, and I'm having this issue as well. I see nothing in my Server Connect panel. I just also submitted a support request for this extension. Thank you.

We do no longer support old versions like CS6.
Our Server Connect and App Connect tools require at least CC2015 or a more recent version. Using CS6 means you are still using HTML5 Data Bindings and it's add-ons and it has already been discontinued and fully replaced by App Connect.

MX Addict - i will email you an older version of Server Connect, which does support CS6, but we do really recommend upgrading your DW to a recent version. Or just get Wappler and forget about issues with DW ...
