I need to have separate testing & remote server database connections. Looks like this is not possible with Server Connect. How would I achieve this without having duplicates for each server action with appropriate connection? That would not work as one would need duplicate action executors. So would 2 separate Dreamweaver sites be the answer? The mind boggles!

So what is the best solution?

Unfortunately this is not possible. You can have one active connection per site definition.
