The error log located in dmxConnectLib/modules shows the following:

[21-Aug-2024 18:00:17 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Class 'lib\core\Module' not found in /***/***/***/***/dmxConnectLib/modules/dbupdater_7ole1iky0c.php on line 10

This is a sudden problem. I've never had any issues simply inserting a record in the database.

Nevermind, it had to do with naming of forms vs fields in my DB.
