The Advance button gets cut out and the only thing I can see is the letter A

I had a similar problem with the Auto Complete extension and it turned out to be my preferences under Windows display settings, as outlined in the above thread.

Sorry I cannot help you because I do not remember what was done to partially fix it. The button was fixed from "A" to "Advance". The d gets cut off. Try emailing Teodor or if you have time tomorrow you can log in to their chat tech support. Just remember to to do it before 5:00 PM Amsterdam time.

By the way I am using Windows 7 Pro / DW CS6 / Calendar 3 - v 3.0.0
