When I add Nivo3 as an extension to the DMX Page Editor, the Nivo icon is missing - it's just a blank button. I wanted to attach a screen capture but the features in your editor do not allow me to do so.

The following files are missing from your server:

ScriptLibrary/dmxEditor/iconsets/default/default.png

ScriptLibrary/dmxEditor/extensions/NivoSlider/colorful_32.png

I don't understand why would be missing because I did a clean installation without making any changes.

Update: The "dmxEditor/default" directory was not installed when I added your extensions.

Could you please change the editor toolbar skin and see if this happens with any of the other skins also?

Changing to a Bootstrap skin worked so it looks like there is a glitch with the Colorful_32 skin.
Can you please provide a fix?

Please go to:
ScriptLibrary\dmxEditor\extensions\NivoSlider
Copy the bootstrap_32.png and then rename it to: colorful_32.png
