We are getting the "Oops! Something went wrong" error on a DMXzone Google Maps 2 installed map.

I have double checked the API Key, I have uninstalled/reinstalled the map instance. What am I doing wrong?

The error i see in browser console is related to your api key, not to our extension:


And the error is pointing to: developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#api-not-activated-map-error

Thank you Teodor. I had enabled the Google Maps Embed API not the Google Maps JavaScript API in the Google API's control panel.
