Symantec virus protection refuses to install Extension Manager and removes it. Is there any way around this as we cannot disable the enterprise virus protection? It's flagging EM as bad Juju.

Please provide the exact error message that appears, when the antivirus protection reports it.

Very Few Users: The file has been seen by fewer than 5 Symantec users.
Very New: Symantec has known about this approximately 1 week.

Activity: Download Insight has acted on the risk - file will be deleted.
