I've been unable to re-install a few extensions like lightbox, that uninstalled themselves. After supposed installation of lightbox and restart of DW, lightbox is NOT installed. I repeated this process too many times.

This time I tried a "Re-install All" and received this error message:

After supposed installation of lightbox and restart of DW, lightbox (and others) is NOT installed. Message upon attempted install is that I need version 12 for this extension. I am using a Macbook Pro with DW CS5.5.
I repeated this process several times getting exactly the same results. All my efforts to try it again a little differently, e.g."maybe this time close the ext. manager before opening DW".
Nope same results:
:: much time lost
:: no use of your much needed and liked extensions
:: money lost
:: frustration building

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Sorry for the frustrations. Could you please download and do a clean install of the latest DMXzone Extension Manager 1.0.2
