Here is the question: I bought "HTML5 Animate CSS” on 3/21/2018 (invoice: I180300548) and wondered if I have to pay for the updated version " HTML5 Animate CSS2” or is that is a free update for me sense it has not been that long sense I bought it?

These are two different versions, so there is an upgrade price for the v1 owners. Also, the HTML5 Animate CSS2 extension has been renamed to App Connect Animate CSS - www.dmxzone.com/go/32826/app-connect-animate-css as it is a component for App Connect.
