Hello,
Advanced CSS Animator is a more complex tool allowing you to animate your HTML elements on the page, applying your own animation settings on different events(onclick, onhover, onload etc) as a behavior.
HTML5 Animate CSS is based on the animate.css library that has a large set of animations ready out the box that you can use to animate your HTML elements on page load or create reveal onscroll animations.
More - HTML5 Animate CSS is fully integrated with the HTML5 Data Bindings repeat and detail regions.
