how to completely Uninstall this extension without floater file missing error

I uninstalled this extension, now every time I open Dw, I get the error message that dmxFontAwesome.htm is missing.How do I remove the call to open the floater after I've uninstalled it? ARG!

Windows7 with Dreamweaver cs5.5, using the Extension Manager, yes.

I was using the Dw cs5.5 built-in Extension Manager.

I installed the dmx Extension Manager.
Installed the dmxFontAwesome Extension
then Uninstalled the dmxFontAwesome extension.
Same issue. I still get the missing Floater htm file.
ARG!
Where does Dw make the call for that floater? I tried looking in all the files in the configuration directory of Dw in Program Files(x86)/...

Hello,
Please go to:
C:\Users\YOUR-USERNAME-HERE\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS5\en_US\Configuration\Menus
and open the Menus.xml file - check if there is a reference to: dmxFontAwesome left in the file?

After running the Remove Extension from within Extension Manager, locate the following file:
C:\Users\WindowsUserName\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS5.5\en_US\Configuration\Workspace\WorkspaceFileName.xml
Then delete:
<panelframe dock="floating" height="500" width="100" x="30" y="30">
<panelcontainer expanded="true" height="205" visible="false">
<panel height="205" id="dmxFontAwesome" unconstrainedheight="205" unconstrainedwidth="210" width="210"/>
</panelcontainer>
</panelframe>
C:\Users\WindowsUserName\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS5.5\en_US\Configuration\Workspace\WorkspaceFileName.xml

YES, my prior post to this thread was the solution, after using the normal uninstall process thru Extension Manager (which removed the files the extension had installed).
