Please download, install and use the DMXzone Extension Manager in order to install your extensions.

Hi Teodor, I did use the extension manager to reinstall but still with no luck.

Another issue I am having is with the Simple online Store template, for some unknown reason it is looking for the earlier version of Html5 3D flipping gallery, when I go to get that I am informed that that extension is no available and to download Html5 3D flipping gallery 2, which I have but and the template is still asking for the earlier version, any suggestions?

I have re installed all the extensions and will try again later on this morning. I will let you know how things go.

If you are installing the extension using the DMXZONE extension manager, it won't ask you for a serial number ....
As for the template - we are going to check this.

Hi Teodor, any luck with the template issue? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the template via the DMXZONE extension manager, opened up Dreamweaver and then gone through the process of uninstalling and re installing the extensions that were missing each time, but I am still stuck with it not recognizing the HTML5 3D flipping gallery 2 extension is is still looking for the HTML5 3D flipping gallery extension, I have loaded it up on my laptop to see if I get the same results. I will let you know.
