Have installed Bootstrap 3 in my Dreamweaver CS4, but for some reason Bootstrap Elements 3 will not recognise my CS4 and suggests updating to at least CS3 which of course does not make sense since I have CS4. I am using Adobe Extension Manager CS4
Any suggestions?
