hi all.. How can use bootstrap 3 to create a page with only 3 cells ? .. where the top is my navigation with a nice image... mid is my scrollable text and bot is my foot... which i can play an ad or anything i want... this is an example of what i am trying to achieve... i dont see any option to change the height parameters of the cells to allow me to do this.. please help

The link you provided shows a 403 - Forbidden error. If i understand you right, you just need a page with 3 rows? Just use the "Add Row Below" or "Add Row Above" options in order to do this.
