Updating bootstrap files manually to a later version

Bootstrap is now running version 3.1.0, compared to 3.0.1 for the extensionI appreciate there will always be a delay in the extension version compared to the bootstrap source, but is there a way to add the newer files to dreamweaver, so the updated files are available, or do I need to wait until the extension is updated ?
