My pages are working well with the database users source chosen so that only those users that have usernames and passwords can connect to the pages,

But when I try to restrict with a permission condition, it does not work when I trying logging in as the user who matches the specific condition.

When I run test within the Database Source Query Builder, I get "Error Querying the database. Server response "forbidden."

What am I missing?

I received your email and noticed what causes the problem - the ID selected in the Permissions part should be the same as the Identity. In your case this is the memnum column.
