Hello I am revamping a webapp with this technology, the problem is that I already have the DB with the password field encrypted in SH1, so when I tried to use the login function the password obviously dosen't match.
Is there a way to convert to SH1 the password field in order to be validated by the DB?

I don't know many people to store password in plain text in DB, so it has to be a way to do that with DMXZ Security Provider.

I just have read the extensiones roadmap 2014, as I can see there, The DMXzone Server Side Formatter will do that, am I correct?

The security provider cannot "read" the passwords that are stored encrypted. There is absolutely no issue to store your passwords as text as the communication between the security provider and the database is secured and encrypted.

The matter here is that my DB already exists and the pwd are already encrypted in SH1.
How can I connect security provider to my actual DB? That's really my question.
And I wonder if with the realese of DMXzone Server Side Formatter this will be solved?
