Can Security Provider connect to two different databases for log in information? Let's say you had a user that also purchases from your store. The store log in information is salted and hashed. So in order to verify the users password you first need to pull an encryption key from another database to work with the users credentials.

unfortunately this is not possible. The user login, password and id need to be in one database table. You can later on use the userid to connect to different database and fetch data from there, but for the login it needs to come from 1 table.
