I need to create a web project that requires more dynamic dropdowns distributed in several pages, with the possibility to save temporarily the values in a cart that update the values in the following pages.

For example
In the first page (step 1), there are two dynamic dropdowns… the user select a product in the first dropdown and in the second indicate the quantity… click on “step 2”

In the second page (step 2), in the first dynamic dropdown choice a color and so on…

In the last page (step 6), the users view all the values and (if correct, otherwise go back) send the request (no payment gateway) and the order is automatically save in the database (that allow to the user, to see the status/history of the order).

Is it possible with your extensions?

Hi Michele,

yes you can do as many dynamic drop downs as you wish. You don't need to have so many separate pages, just put them all in one! If you really wish to have multiple steps, just put them in different div regions and show and hide them sequentially.

that is all

George

Hi George... I've intention to purchase this extension (and others... probably with 1/2 Years Subscription) but before to open my wallet (and move WebAssist's extensions in the basket), I'd like to have from you a confirm about the real possibility to create my web project with DB updater/connector/html5 data bindings, etc.

Can I send you a detail about my project (an image with the wireframe/mockup) and receive your comments about it (obviously without guarantee of success, only your personal feedback)?

Thanks.
Michele

Hi Michele,

You have the good news - it is all possible! We just thought it will be a good showcase and are preparing a video to show how to do a nice wizard alike form on a single page, having a lot of dependent drop-downs and save it with the DMXzone Database updater at the end.

So the video is coming up.

Greetings,
George

Great news!!!
I've purchased now the "yearly subscription" to start immediately with the new server behaviors.

Also... thanks for the video/tutorial... the technical support is the key of success for a IT company...

I'm a DMXZone customer from 2001, but in last months you've very impressed me with the new extensions... I hope to see in DMXZone a new Interakt (I think that IT technical Romanians were the best developers in the world), to start a new Era in the server behaviors extensions.
