You are following an OLD tutorial.
As i already explained in the other topic - this is not how you are supposed to do this currently. You should be following App Connect Manual only: www.dmxzone.com/go/32764/dmxzone-app-connect-manual as the rest is fol older versions and is outdated.

OK, have done that and managed to create a repeat region - so far so good.

This probably should be in the google map support, I cn see on a test page that the recordset is populating the repeat region so that is connecting now but when I open google maps 2 and go to markers souorce dynamic, there is nothing in the data source.
