I have followed the tutorial for inserting records into my DB but no matter what I do, the submit button does not go to the overview page I made nor does it insert the record into the DB. There are no errors, basically nothing happens.

Thanks, it did help to resolve my issue when making the page html instead of PHP. On a php page I still can't get it to work but that's ok for now.

What is the error which you see in the console, on your PHP page?

I don't know what the error was, but it works fine now
