When setting up the paging options, the video seems to say that I should select "Refresh Page - with first page, last page, next page, and previous page. But in order to do select one of those options, I have to select "Set page".
Should I change the top selection back to Refresh page - after I have picked the "first page" or leave it as Set page?

The video tutorial was created with an older version of the extension and that's why it shows to select Refresh behavior.
You should use the Set page behavior. We are going to update the tutorial soon.
