Are you planning to complete replacement of server behavior's by adding insert, delete and update support in a future update? What about a version that can build the query server side like the old server behaviors but with pdo connections?

Yes, we do plan to release add, edit and remove component. Currently the script does exactly that - it build the query server side based on passed values and uses PDO connection.

Maybe I misunderstand, doesn't the extension collect data using an ajax requests to a php file that sends the query results to the requesting javascript and build the data presentation in the page dynamically?

Thus the questions about google SEO, data not being available in the head portion of a page, etc, etc, etc. - stuff that was available with the old adoble extensions because they embedded the request in the actual php page. This makes effective page authention practical, for example.

I think having really cool dynamic data with ajax is great, but does not really replace the old database extensions, but offers something else new and cool. Being greedy and practical I would really want both available as they are both essential to a functional and secure application.

Ajax is great at cleaning the floor, but you need to build the floor before you can clean it.

You've done a great job on what you've done, but a more complete solution is very much needed.
