I have a one page site using Bootstrap where the Bootstrap css & js links disappear in the head section just after opening the file using Dreamweaver CC 2017.<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="bootstrap/3/css/bootstrap.css" />
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="bootstrap/3/css/bootstrap-theme.css" />
<script type="text/javascript" src="bootstrap/3/js/bootstrap.js"></script>
I get an error: 'While executing onLoad in dmxUpdateHead.htm, a Javascript error occurred.'
I have the Shared Components extension installed, even though there was a message about incompatibility with 64 bit Dreamweaver.
I uninstalled this, but still same problem above. It seems like the Head Updater is getting confused and removes the Bootstrap links.
Could there be a conflict with one of the other extensions used: Accordion, BS3 Components, Google Maps
I have several other sites using Bootstrap that don't have this problem.
This does not happen in Dreamweaver CS6

Hello David,
The Shared Components extension is not really required. It was needed for some older extensions years ago. You can just turn the: Tools > Commands > DMXzone Bootstrap 3 Options > automatic file update option off.
Also you can send your page to so we can review what is wrong with it.

Thanks Teodor
I removed Shared Components then turned off Automatic File Updates for BS3.
Seems to be working now, but time will tell ...
Cheers
