Please make sure you are are using the latest EM Version, as the latest one available is 7.1.0.113.
Please start your Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App and update it.

thanks for your fast reply. I updated the EM to version 7.1.0.113. But the same error message comes up on the DMX installation.
