this is just a suggestion: why not to create a bootstrap customizer? something that allows you to change the colors/css of the bootstrap css easily from dreamweaver (or fireworks)?
Or, why not add to your bootstrap elements a custom class (the same way you allow to add a custom class to a cell with the basic bootstrap extension)?
