I just downloaded the Bootstrap Template and have played with its features, its great. However, if I scale my desktop browser the reponsive resizing takes place very nicely, whether on your showcase sites or my first demo. But if I open your showcase or my template in my Android phone wih Forefox or Chrome all I get is a very scaled down view of the sites as they appear on the desktop. The site does not chage the page elements in response to the small screen? Would appreciate your thoughts?

Mobile browsers lie about their screen width, so you need to make sure there is a meta tag in the head of the page telling the browser that the page width is actually the viewport width.

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">

or something similar to this.
