I have dreamweaver 5.5 installed and Requirements suggests this should work, the installer says it needs DW 7.0.

Problem solved. Update Adobe extensions manager with this patch:
download.macromedia.com/pub/dw_exchange/extension_manager/mac/AdobeExtensionManager_5_5_3_mul_AdobeUpdate.dmg

Sorry, I have the same problem*, after updating the Adobe Extension manager
with the patch above, it doesn't work either!!

(* can't install the DMXZone Bootstrap with the Adobe Extension Manager C.S5.5 on Mac Os X > says DreamWeaver 7.0 is required)

Make sure you are opening the installer with Adobe Extension Manager 5.5. Part of my problem was, that I have Adobe Extension Manager 6 on my machine (because I have PS6). So double clicking the installer opened the wrong Adobe Extension Manager for my version of Dreamweaver.

I have the same problem but with DW cs4 and i would like only to know if is possible to install the extension manager of the cs6 ovr my cs4 version, it's not clear in the adobe documentation, Thank You.
