Using DW CC and trying to install the zxp files in the extension manager. Error message reads "Failed to update database. Extension will not be installed" Common in almost all my DMX extensions for CC

Extension Manager CC has a bug that prevents the extensions from appearing in EM CC, The extensions would still be installed in Dreamweaver, though, not appearing in EM. We are currently updating the extensions with a patch for this bug.

this does not help one bit. 24 hours trying

the problem is that the installation wont complete because it fails to recognize my serial number. says its either invalid or cant find the sale.

Your serial number is located into your profile: www.dmxzone.com/user/products
I checked your profile and serial number - both are okay. I also REset your password and sent you the new one to your email.

After the download, the extension manager does not ask for my serial number. It just hangs up on "Installing Extension" with no activity for hours.
