I just purchased this extension, it looks great.

However, please tell me why the DMXzone Properties does not appear when I insert a new CCS3 Drop Shadows DIV, using the Insert function as shown in your video. I have a div container as shown in the video. WHY can I NOT see the Properties to customize newly created DropShadows1 object?

Please help.

Most probably your Propertiues Panel is not set to visible:
Window > Properties

Hi tried clearing the cache , couldn't find the WinFileCache-<randomString>.dat in the configuration folder

I did find SiteCache in the Configuration folder - see below - this contains all my cached sites - Can i delete this folder ??
