Works fine in Safari and Google Chrome. But does not work AT ALL in Firefox (Mac or Windows). HELP!!
Here's my site, with a drop down to all of the menus and the 'Print This Menu' button.

Still doesn't work. Tried to 'chat' and 'e-mail' to troubleshoot but no luck. Works fine in Safari and Chrome, but doesn't work at all in Firefox.

I was told I'd hear back after 'discussing with colleagues,' but still haven't heard anything.

Hello?!
Still doesn't work. STILL awaiting a response. It has been 5 months.

From this menu page, or any you can select from the drop down menu, clicking Print This Menu does NOT work in Firefox or Internet Explorer.
Will there be a solution???
thank you!

The print window just quickly opens and closes in firefox and opera. Thought at first it was the pop up blocker that was doing it but not so lucky

Yes, this is truly ridiculous and I feel (very) disappointed waiting to get some type of reasonable and rational response.
As a loyal DMXZone customer, this is very disappointing to have waited so long for so very little in terms of answer or response.

Hello all,
Sorry for the late response!
It seems the latest versions of the browsers dropped support for the current js print method. Our developers are currently working on an update. You will be notified as soon as it is available.

Still no fix? It has been such a long time since a) I used this extension on several sites, and b) it immediately stopped working.
Very frustrating.
Any idea as to when this might be resolved?!

Hi Guys,
Not sure what you mean by all modern browsers dropping support for current JS print method? It appears to work with Safari, IE 8, 9, 10, and Chrome. This seems to only be an issue with Firefox and Opera.
Do we have an update on a fix for this yet? Its been over a month since my last inquiry and pushing 6 months since this was first reported.

This is very disheartening, and in my opinion shows a very high level of unprofessionalism on the part of DMXZone.
I’m a yearly subscriber to extensions on DMXzone for a reason. To not only have top level extensions at my disposal when required for a fast moving project, but to receive support for these extensions as well.
I’m not seeing any level of support or ownership for this issue from DMXzone.
How can I continue to use your extensions with any level of trust on my projects if this is the example given the first time an issue comes up.
When the time comes to renew my subscription I guarantee this will be festering in the back of my mind.
