Timepicker always record PM times as AM

I'm trying to use Timepicker on a simple event form. I have it setup to display time as AM/PM. However, the time is always recorded as AM no matter what the user selects. In the below screenshot, the user will select 6:00pm. When it is saved to the database, it is recorded as 06:00:00, which is 6:00 AM. How do I fix this so that it records propertly (18:00:00).

Can you please tell me the settings for "Time Format" that you are using under the "General Tab" in the extension user interface?
Also i will need the settings for Time Format in the Alternative field located under "Advanced" tab.

General Tab :: Time Format is: hh:mm tt
Alternative Field Time Format is: hh:mm
