I mean control or slide the content of a div inside of an element.
so if i create a div with 500width but have content for 100px that it slides it from side to side with the slider.
the provided plugin doesnt do this, or if it does iv been failing badly.

Basicly I have the dmx tabs included and am trying to have a click of tab move a different div element to display different content new content.
Now if this is new div or slides the div then either will will work, just haven't managed to get this working yet.
Some tips would be helpful thou

I am not sure i can understand your idea from your last post.. Can you please explain this again ... are you talking about tabs or slider? What is the "test page with the planes"?

Ok sorry not to clear.

So I have a page, and have added the dmx tabs, now I am trying to add a behaviour to each tab, that when clicked a specified div is moved or slide across the screen displaying other other content.

So that by clicking each tab a new div element or content within the div is displayed, basicly have charts displaying information, each tab has relevant details to each chart.
So if I click on the tab payments it displays the payment chart and so on.

I just got the update displaying the possibility to do this with the CSS transform plugin you, just dont have the funds for this right now, shame shame.

I still think having this function built into the slider plugin would be great, just select a div, start point, end point and off you go done, would save alot of time

But anyway if you can help then I would be very happy to get this done how I have envisioned it.

I am not sure how exactly do you want to combine DMXzone Slider and Tabs?

See the Slider below the big image - when you drag it it moves the image in the div. Is that what you need?

yup I seen that yesterday, has the basic concept yes and was my initial idea, just not with an image but with div containers.
Now as above think of this demo u have also being controlled by the tabs, so u can either slide the divs side to side or click a tab and slide to the relevant div.
Hope that explains my plan.
Anyhow I think I'm going to buy the animator extension this weekend and am sure it will do the trick
Would still be cool to do this easily with the slider alone thou, as it is kind of the purpose of the plugin, to slide an object not just for form use....

Hello Jamie,

the Slider itself is a slider ... it slides and returns a value.
You can use this value in order to control other extensions - such as Advanced CSS Animator, DMXzone Tabs, HTML5 slideshow, AJAX datagrid etc.
