i bought AOW 3.1.1 for using it in my dreamweaver CS5.
I installed the extension with no problem and activated with the flag, then i have opened dreamweaver, i have charged an image that should open a form page...i have put the # character in link textbox, but no AOW appear in the behaviors menu....what's wrong please ?

After installing your extension and going through the installation wizard in DW, you need to restart DW again. Have you done so?

I forgot to wrote that my OS is windows7.

The Advanced Open Window 3.11 will appear as entry in main level of the Behaviors list as first in it.

check again.

Same problem. If the AOW text is used as a link with a #, the AOW behavior does not appear by the onClick line.

But if you remove the #, making it NOT a null link, the AOW behavior re-appears.
