After a PC refresh and move to Win7, I am trying to reinstall my Advamced Open Window and get the Username and or Password are invalid. I am using the username and password that allows me access to this site and my account. Any help in resolving this would be appreicated.

Looks like you are providing wrong login details when you are installing the extension. Please double check the details you are entering and also check your CAPS lock button.

No caps locks on, no number locks on, and using the same log in credentials that I am asked to use here. Hence my confusion on being able to activate it.

Is the license tied to an older username/password combination?
