My question is:
I want to trigger a link if someone clicks the accordion header "jump to page". At this time this click only triggers the openening of the section. I need to trigger a hyperlink on top of that.

Hello Reinhard.
If you need to achieve something like popup window on when section is shown you need to click on the Blue Paper Clip in the user interface of the extension which will show you the available behaviors. After that select:
When Section Change is finished>Open Browser window.
If you own the Lightbox extension you can triger:
When Section Change is finished>DMXZone>DMXZone Lightbox>Open DMXZone Lightbox.
